SPS is seeking a Field Support Specialist to provide backfill coverage across assigned regions, ensuring continuous support across multiple SPS sites and during unscheduled time off. You will perform mail, reprographics, office services, and front-of-house duties, travel as needed, and maintain a professional SPS image while delivering prompt, courteous service.

The role emphasizes cross-site coordination, exceptional client interaction, and adherence to SPS service level agreements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 6+ months of relevant work experience preferred.
• Ability to work hours as determined by manager.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn computer-based systems for the position.
• Maintain professional appearance and attitude.
• Adherence to all policies and procedures.

Responsabilités

• Provide world-class service to clients in all communications.
• Process inbound/outbound mail and packages; sort by recipient/department.
• Handle shipping/receiving duties for materials.
• Assist copy/print production and monitor equipment.
• Provide binding services and support device maintenance.
• Maintain a neat Office Services Center and stock supplies.
• Cover front of house, welcome guests, and register visitors.
• Route calls and manage lobby interactions.
