Job summary

ENG is the largest third-party BIM services provider in the United States, expanding its Enterprise Sales Team with Account Executives who will represent ENG to top ENR contractors. The role requires BIM/VDC industry background and US residency, with travel as a mandatory condition.

You will sell ENG’s MEP Modeling and Coordination services plus proprietary tech, building long-term partnerships and driving growth across enterprise accounts.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably senior AE or similar.
• Experience selling to enterprise-level accounts, not products.
• Extensive background in the construction/BIM/VDC industries.
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills; able to build rapport.

Responsibilities

• Develop business by leveraging network and expanding client relationships.
• Sell ENG’s MEP Modeling & Coordination services and proprietary tech.
• Identify new opportunities via networking, referrals, and cold calls.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing terms to reach win-win deals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.
• Travel as needed; manage accounts within the region.
