Job summary

Skyward is seeking a Customer Success Technical Specialist in Stevens Point, WI to work one-on-one with customers, provide training, and deliver solutions for K-12 schools. This role emphasizes proactive engagement and a high level of service to ensure customer success.

You will travel about 25% to client sites, develop personalized implementation plans, and collaborate with a team to ensure outstanding experiences for schools. A two- or four-year degree and MS Office proficiency are required.

Responsibilities

• Develop personalized implementation plans for new customers and contribute to ongoing success of current customers.
• Demonstrate outstanding customer service to achieve satisfaction with Skyward solutions.
• Consult with customers via voice, email, and in-person to gather information and evaluate software functionality.
• Travel to customer sites as required, including overnight stays if necessary.
