Job summary

Skyward seeks a Customer Success Technical Specialist to join our team at the Stevens Point, WI corporate office. This role focuses on guiding customers through implementation and ongoing success, working one-on-one in a fast-paced environment to deliver training and solutions for K-12 schools.

You will collaborate with customers and team members to ensure a superior experience, travel up to 25%, and leverage your MS Office skills to support training and problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Customer service excellence and communication skills are required.
• Ability to travel 25% for business purposes.
• A two- or four-year degree or equivalent experience is considered.

Responsibilities

• Develop personalized implementation plans for new customers and contribute to ongoing success of current customers.
• Demonstrate outstanding customer service skills and strive for customer satisfaction with Skyward solutions.
• Consult with customers through voice, email, and in-person to gather information and evaluate software functionality.
• Travel is required; up to 25% travel with potential overnight stays.
