Skyward is seeking a Customer Success Technical Specialist to join our team at the Stevens Point, WI corporate office. This role focuses on delivering proactive customer success through tailored implementation plans, training, and solutions for K-12 customers, not a traditional call center position.

You will work one-on-one with customers, travel as needed (about 25%), and collaborate with your team to ensure a best-in-class experience.

Formación

• Proven customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and drive long distances.
• Two-year or four-year degree or equivalent experience.

Responsabilidades

• Develop personalized implementation plans for new customers and contribute to the ongoing success of current customers.
• Demonstrate outstanding customer service skills and the willingness to do what is necessary to achieve customer satisfaction with Skyward solutions.
• Consult with customers through voice, electronic means, and in-person to gather information and evaluate the software functionality.
• Must be able to travel independently for business purposes. Travel requirements are 25% resulting in: Average of 40 travel days per calendar year.
• The individual will be required to travel and is an essential function of the job. The employee must be able to drive up to six hours while traveling to and from customer’s sites.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• A two or four-year degree or a combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge, skill, and abilities will be considered.
