Job summary

Skyward in Stevens Point, Wisconsin is seeking a Customer Success Technical Specialist to help schools succeed with Skyward’s software. This role combines technical guidance with customer training and works with a cross‑functional team to deliver effective implementations.

Travel up to 25% is required, including overnight stays. A two‑ or four‑year degree or equivalent experience is welcome. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is expected. Starting salary is $45,988.80, commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the front line to provide the best possible experience for customers.
• Develop personalized implementation plans for new customers and contribute to ongoing success of current customers.
• Demonstrate outstanding customer service skills and the willingness to do what is necessary to achieve customer satisfaction with Skyward solutions.
• Consult with customers through voice, electronic means, and in-person to gather information and evaluate software functionality.
• Design and formulate appropriate solutions, direct system setup, and recommend procedures.
