The ideal candidate travels up to 25% to client sites, is proficient in Microsoft Office, and holds a two- or four-year degree or equivalent experience. Starting salary ranges from $45,972.49 to $50,569.74 per year with benefits including 401(k)

Qualifications

• Two- or four-year degree or equivalent experience requested.
• Willingness to travel independently for business (25% travel).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to use software tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop personalized implementation plans for new customers and support existing customers.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure customer satisfaction with Skyward solutions.
• Consult with customers via voice, email, and in-person to collect information and evaluate software functionality.
• Travel up to 25% to client sites; may require overnight stays.
