Job summary

Informativ LLC seeks a Client Success Advisor to deploy Informativ software to customers, leading onsite and remote trainings, and ensuring successful implementation and adoption across automotive and SaaS clients.

You will deliver classroom training, develop course content, coordinate materials, plan travel, and provide on-site support. The role requires residing in Florida and willingness to travel 100% to customer sites.

Qualifications

• 2+ years software training experience.
• Experience with executing customer-facing implementation or product delivery projects.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple priorities and balancing competing priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal/communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Delivers classroom training onsite and remotely, assessing training needs and developing course content.
• Provides training on Informativ software products, tools, and setup at client sites.
• Gains expert operating knowledge of assigned products through customer visits and classes.
• Coordinates training materials, meets deadlines, and supports existing training materials.
• Plans travel and expenses according to guidelines and communicates improvement ideas.
• Provides on-site support to end users to ensure effective use of products.
