700Credit is seeking an Automotive Implementation Specialist to manage implementation and training of our credit and compliance solutions for clients in Florida or Georgia. This role focuses on analyzing client needs, delivering tailored solutions, and ensuring timely delivery with high customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will excel in client communication, problem solving, and process improvement to ensure successful implementations and long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a customer service or account management role.
• Strong knowledge of the automotive industry.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end client implementation: oversee the full implementation process for new and existing clients with adherence to standards and plans.
• Provide guidance on business process improvements to drive adoption and success with our software.
• Serve as the primary client contact throughout implementation and post-implementation phases.
• Compile compliance reports to ensure adherence to policies and regulations.
• Provide training and coaching to help clients maximize the value of 700Credit products.
• Analyze and resolve client issues to ensure effective outcomes.
• Support product launches and post-launch follow-up with clients and affiliates.
• Contribute to team success by supporting all Implementation team members.
• Document all client communications to maintain up-to-date records.
• Inform clients about new product features and updates.
