Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent work experience.
• In-person professional customer service experience (account management/implementation).
• Willingness to travel for work.
• Experience with troubleshooting software and learning systems.
• Automotive industry experience is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Train and service new clients on the full product suite.
• Follow up with existing clients after onboarding.
• Build meaningful industry relationships to retain and win clients.
• Travel nationwide to manage client accounts.
• Analyze data and translate insights into training recommendations.
