Job summary

UpdatePromise is seeking an Implementation Rep to train and service new clients on our product suite, ensuring smooth onboarding and measurable success. You will also support existing clients post-onboarding and build lasting relationships to grow our customer base.

Travel nationwide to manage accounts and translate data into practical training recommendations for service personnel, leveraging strong communication and organization skills.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication, comfortable with management at all levels.
• Capable of coaching and training large groups.
• Self-motivated with minimal supervision.
• Intermediate MS Excel and Word proficiency.
• Fast learner in a dynamic environment.
• Strong time management and prioritization.
• Able to troubleshoot problems creatively.

Responsibilities

• Train and service new clients on the full product suite.
