Job summary

Inmar Intelligence is seeking a Program Trainer, Client Adoption to deliver engaging, high-quality training for customers and internal teams. You will enable adoption of our products during onboarding, implementations, and education initiatives, working with Product Enablement and Client Success teams across virtual and onsite settings.

The role requires facilitating training sessions, tailoring content to diverse audiences, and traveling to customer locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of experience delivering instructor-led training.
• Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Comfortable speaking to groups of varying sizes.
• Ability to travel up to 50% (or as required).
• Strong organizational and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training for customers, internal associates, and business partners.
• Facilitate both virtual and onsite training sessions during implementations, onboarding, and product rollouts.
• Lead classroom discussions, demonstrations, and hands-on learning exercises.
• Adapt training delivery based on audience experience and learning needs.
• Reinforce operational workflows and best practices throughout each engagement.
