Job summary

Inmar Inc. seeks a Program Trainer, Client Adoption to deliver engaging training for customers and internal teams, enabling successful implementation, adoption, and use of assigned products. This role represents Client Enablement during onboarding, implementations, and education initiatives.

You will deliver instructor-led sessions, tailor content, and collaborate with Product Liaisons to ensure accurate messaging. Some travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of experience delivering instructor-led training.
• Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Comfortable speaking to groups of varying sizes.
• Ability to travel up to 50% (or as required).
• Strong organizational and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training for customers, internal associates, and business partners.
• Facilitate both virtual and onsite training sessions during implementations, onboarding and product rollouts.
• Lead classroom discussions, demonstrations, and hands-on learning exercises.
• Adapt training delivery based on audience experience and learning needs.
• Reinforce workflows and best practices throughout engagements.
• Support onboarding and implementation activities and serve as an educational resource.
