Job summary

UpdatePromise in Austin, Texas seeks an Implementation Representative to support dealer onboarding and client success. This full-time role requires strong communication, problem solving, and the ability to train clients on our product suite.

You will travel across the country to manage accounts, perform data analysis, and translate findings into actionable training for service personnel. Associates degree or equivalent experience is welcome, with a preference for automotive industry exposure.

Qualifications

• Experience in a professional in-person customer service role (Ideally, Account Management, Implementation, etc).
• Experience with work related travel.
• Experience working with software systems and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Training and servicing new clients on the full suite of our products.
• Follow-up support with existing clients after onboarding.
• Building meaningful industry relationships to retain and grow accounts.
• Traveling domestically to manage accounts and ensure their success.
• Data analysis and translating that data into actionable training recommendations.
