700Credit is seeking a highly motivated Client Success Onboarding Specialist to manage the implementation and training of our solutions for new and existing clients in Florida or Georgia. This role focuses on analyzing client needs, tailoring training, and ensuring timely delivery with high customer satisfaction.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years in a customer service or account management role.
• Strong knowledge of the automotive industry.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.

Aufgaben

• Manage end-to-end client implementation with standards and plans.
• Provide guidance to clients during implementation to drive adoption.
• Serve as primary client contact during implementation and post-implementation.
• Compile compliance reports to meet internal policies.
• Train and coach clients to maximize value of 700Credit products.
• Resolve client issues to ensure effective outcomes.
• Support product launches with post-launch follow-up.
• Contribute to team success by supporting Implementation staff.
• Document all client communications for clarity and records.
• Inform clients about new product features and updates.
• Generate cross-sell opportunities with the sales team.
