Job summary

Reynolds and Reynolds is seeking a Training Specialist to help customers migrate to our software and provide training and support throughout the process. The role requires travel around 80% of the time, working with dealerships to customize the system and train personnel, while also supporting customers remotely from a home office when not on-site.

The Training Department focuses on effective customer onboarding, product training, and ongoing success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel 80% of the time.
• Outgoing, friendly personality.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license with few moving violations.
• Must have reliable home internet with sufficient bandwidth for video conferencing

Responsibilities

• Travel to install and convert software for customers 80% of the time.
• Meet with dealership management to assess needs and customize the system.
• Train dealership personnel on how to use the solution.
• Support current customers and prepare for future trips from home office.
• Provide follow-ups with recently installed customers.
