The Reynolds and Reynolds Company seeks a Training Specialist to help customers smoothly convert to our software and deliver training and ongoing support throughout the process.

You will travel about 80% of the time, working with dealership management to tailor the system and train personnel on how to use the solution. When not onsite, you will support existing customers from your home office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel 80% of the time.
• Outgoing, friendly personality.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license with clean record.
• Reliable home internet with sufficient bandwidth for video conferencing.

Responsibilities

• Travel ~80% of the time to install and convert customer software.
• Meet dealership management to tailor the system and train staff.
• Provide training and ongoing support throughout the conversion.
• Support current customers from home office when not on site.
