Atlas Healthcare Partners in Phoenix, AZ invites you to join our Float Pool. This full-benefit nursing position provides diverse clinical experience across outpatient surgery centers, with no weekends and no on-call duties.

As a Registered Nurse in the Float Pool, you will assess, plan, implement and document care, coordinate with the care team, and ensure safe, high-quality patient outcomes. Some travel is required to support centers while enjoying comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing or higher.
• Current RN license in state of practice (or compact).
• BLS and ACLS required.
• PALS certification within 90 days if ASC pediatrics.
• Minimum one-year RN PreOp/PACU experience or enrolled in program.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document nursing care for patients.
• Formulate plans of care with discharge planning and family involvement.
• Coordinate and supervise activities of the health care team.
• Evaluate patient progress and modify care as needed.
• Document care clearly in patient records and communicate with caregivers.
