Job summary

Atlas Healthcare Partners is seeking a PRN float pool RN to cover shifts across multiple Phoenix-area facilities. This role offers a flexible schedule with a minimum commitment of 4 shifts per month, Monday through Friday, with no weekends and no on-call duties.

You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients across various clinics, ensuring high-quality care and documentation in line with hospital policies.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing is required.
• Current valid RN license in state of practice is required.
• BLS and ACLS are required.
• PALS certification within 90 days if assigned ASC services pediatrics.
• Core (FT/PT): Minimum one-year licensed RN experience in PreOp/PACU.
• New RN enrolled in Perianesthesia Academy and completion within 4 months.
• PRN: Minimum two years licensed RN experience in PreOp/PACU.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and plan of care.
• Implement and coordinate nursing care.
• Communicate status to other care team.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust plans.
• Document in patient records.
• Provide care based on best evidence and participate in staff education.
• Promote quality indicators and outcomes.
• May provide relief charge in some locations.
