Job summary

Atlas Healthcare Partners seeks an experienced RN for its Float Pool in Arizona. The role supports outpatient surgery centers Monday through Friday with no weekends or calls.

The position offers full-time or part-time options, competitive pay, full benefits, and a travel stipend to work across multiple centers. Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for diverse patient populations, in line with professional standards and organizational policies.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing required.
• Must possess a current, valid RN license in state of practice.
• BLS and ACLS required.
• PALS certification required within 90 days of start date if assigned ASC services pediatrics.
• Core (FT/PT): Minimum one-year licensed RN experience in OR or related perioperative areas.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, cultural and discharge planning needs.
• Formulate a plan of care including discharge planning and goals.
• Implement and coordinate care per physician orders and nursing plan.
• Evaluate patient responses and adjust care plans as needed.
• Document assessments, plans, implementations and outcomes accurately.
• Provide care based on best evidence and participate in professional development of staff.
