Job summary

Atlas Healthcare Partners is seeking a PRN Float Pool RN to support multiple outpatient surgery centers in the Phoenix area. Expect travel between facilities, with a commitment of at least 4 shifts a month, Monday–Friday schedule, no weekends, and no on-call requirements.

The role requires strong nursing assessment, planning, and documentation across diverse patient ages, with responsibilities spanning planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.

Qualifications

• Requires Associate's Degree or Diploma in Nursing.
• Must possess a current, valid RN license in state of practice, temporary RN license in state of practice, or compact RN licensure.
• BLS and ACLS required.
• PALS certification required within 90 days if assigned ASC services pediatrics.
• New licensed RN enrolled in PeriOp101 program with completion within 4 months.
• PRN: Minimum two years licensed RN experience in OR.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop a care plan.
• Implement and coordinate patient care with the health team.
• Document assessments, plans, interventions and outcomes.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust care as needed.
• Communicate status of patients to healthcare team.
• Lead and mentor other staff when appropriate.
