Job summary

Atlas Float Pool is seeking a dedicated RN to provide nursing care across multiple surgery centers. The role emphasizes assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care within organized perioperative settings.

Qualifications

• RN license in state of practice (or compact licensure).
• BLS and ACLS required.
• PALS certification within 90 days if assigned ASC pediatrics.
• Minimum one-year licensed RN experience in OR or related perioperative area with PeriOp101 progression.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs across physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational and discharge planning.
• Develop and implement care plans with realistic, measurable goals.
• Coordinate and supervise nursing care with the multidisciplinary team.
• Evaluate patient and family responses and adjust care as needed.
• Document care in patient records accurately and timely.
• Contribute to nursing quality improvement and mentor others.
