Atlas Healthcare Partners is seeking a PRN Registered Nurse to float between East Valley surgery centers. This role offers flexible scheduling with a minimum of four shifts per month, no weekend shifts and no on-call requirements.

You will provide compassionate nursing care across facilities, coordinating with a supportive leadership team that values your feedback. The position requires strong clinical judgment, adherence to policy, and collaboration with the care team to deliver high-quality

Qualifications

• Active RN license in state of practice.
• Associate degree or diploma in Nursing with recent OR/clinical experience preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certification valid; PALS required within 90 days if assigned ASC services pediatrics.
• Experience with perioperative or ambulatory care is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document nursing care for patients across facilities.
• Formulate and revise care plans with patient/family, coordinating with multidisciplinary team.
• Provide direct patient care, supervision of staff, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Communicate patient status clearly to caregivers and document thoroughly.
• Participate in ongoing quality improvement and professional development.
