Atlas Healthcare Partners invites qualified registered nurses to join our Float Pool in Phoenix, AZ. Full-time or part-time positions offer opportunities to work across outpatient surgery centers with no weekends or on-call obligations.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in state of practice (or compact licensure) is required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
• PALS certification within 90 days if ASC pediatrics.
• Minimum one year of licensed RN experience in OR or related perioperative areas with approval.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document patient nursing care.
• Develop a discharge plan in collaboration with patient and family.
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary team and communicate status to caregivers.
• Document nursing assessments, plans and patient responses accurately.
• Promote high-quality care and participate in ongoing professional practice improvement.
