Job summary

Applegreen is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our rapidly expanding US Developments Team to drive delivery on one of America’s largest Travel Plaza Redevelopment programs. This is not a single-site role; you will own multiple projects across several states, transforming travel plazas, fuel facilities, and national QSR brands.

The role offers significant exposure to all phases of development, with opportunities to progress toward senior leadership as Applegreen expands

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 5+ years of construction project management experience.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of permitting, procurement and project delivery.
• Proficiency in Excel, MS Project, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent construction and development projects across states.
• Develop, maintain and actively manage project schedules and milestones.
• Coordinate consultants, architects, engineers, contractors, and regulators.
• Ensure safety, on-time delivery, within budget and quality standards.
• Prepare project reports and updates for senior leadership.
