Colonial Group in Phoenix, AZ seeks a part-time Float RN to support 10+ ambulatory surgery centers across the East or West Valley. This position offers full benefits, a travel stipend, paid holidays, PTO, PST, Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k).

No call, weekends, or nights, enabling a better work-life balance. Responsibilities include assessing and planning nursing care, coordinating with the care team, documenting care, and ensuring high-quality patient outcomes in outpatient settings.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, valid RN license in state of practice.
• BLS and ACLS required.
• PALS certification required within 90 days of start date if assigned ASC services pediatrics.
• Core (FT/PT): Minimum one-year licensed RN experience in OR or related perioperative areas.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and plan care in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Implement and coordinate the plan of care and discharge planning.
• Document assessments, plans, and patient response in the medical record.
• Provide direct patient care and educate patients/families as appropriate.
• Promote quality and safety through evidence-based practice and teamwork.
