Bedrock Property Management is seeking a Floating Leasing Consultant to support daily operations, ensure resident satisfaction, and help meet leasing and financial goals across communities. The role emphasizes delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a welcoming environment for residents and guests.

The position requires strong communication, a proactive approach to problem solving, and the ability to collaborate with the Community Director to achieve property goals.

Qualifications

• 1 year of multi-family property management experience preferred.
• Previous Leasing experience preferred.
• Customer Experience Specialists or related fields encouraged to apply.
• Previous experience working with a team to meet success.

Responsibilities

• Provides exemplary customer service to residents, proactively solving issues and creating a welcoming environment.
• Abides by federal fair housing standards and all applicable laws.
• Develops professional skills and seeks continual growth and learning from mistakes.
• Embodies company policies and represents the company to residents, vendors, and owners.
• Greets residents and serves as the point of contact, coordinating tours and property showcases.
• Resolves issues in a timely manner focusing on customer satisfaction.
• Drives property performance by marketing the property and focusing on resident retention.
