Job summary

MSX International is seeking a Connected Services Field Trainer to deliver targeted training and consultative support to top Client dealerships nationwide. You will enable staff to sell, activate, and support OTP offerings such as BlueCruise and Connectivity packages, driving activation and sales results.

The role requires strong communication and training capabilities, deep knowledge of connected vehicle technology, and the ability to partner with Client field representatives to align training

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in automotive, training, or consulting, preferably with a focus on connected vehicle technology.
• Strong understanding of connected services and their value proposition.
• Proven ability to deliver engaging and effective training sessions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with dealership personnel.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, effective training sessions for dealership sales, finance, and service teams on all aspects of the Client’s connected services.
• Ensure dealership teams are proficient in using the Dealer Enablement Platform, including trial activation and one-time purchase processes.
• Adapt training content and delivery to meet individual dealership needs and performance levels.
• Conduct regular visits to provide ongoing consulting, coaching, and support.
• Track dealership progress against activation and OTP sales targets.
