Job summary

MSX International is seeking a Connected Services Field Coach to drive dealership performance across the U.S. You will coach, consult, and support dealer teams to maximize activation and OTP sales of connected vehicle services, using data-driven insights and hands-on field coaching.

The role requires travel—up to 80%—with local travel 2–4 days per week, plus occasional flights. You will partner with leadership and program teams to deliver measurable improvements and sustainable processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of automotive, coaching or consulting experience.
• Strong understanding of connected services and their value proposition.
• Excellent coaching, communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to deliver engaging and effective coaching sessions.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with dealership personnel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Must love travel – 80% travel required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging coaching sessions focused on connected services sales and activation.
• Partner with dealership leadership to optimize connected services processes.
• Train dealership personnel on the Dealer Rewards Portal and OTP sales.
• Lead Monthly Performance Reviews with client Zone Teams.
• Analyze dealership performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
• Coach dealership teams on sales and customer engagement techniques.
• Collaborate with client field representatives to support objectives.
• Monitor progress toward activation and sales goals.
• Develop action plans to address performance gaps and accelerate results.
• Provide updates to program leadership on performance and growth.
• Build relationships with dealership personnel and stakeholders.
• Participate in business reviews and strategy discussions.
• Share success stories and collect feedback.
