Job summary

MSX International seeks a seasoned Connected Services Field Trainer to train top‑tier dealership personnel on OTP offerings such as BlueCruise and Connectivity. You will deliver engaging sessions, coach dealers, and analyze data to boost activation and sales across the client network.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in automotive/training/consulting, strong communication and presentation skills, and comfort with CRM tools. Expect extensive travel (≈80%) to support dealer teams nationwide.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in automotive, training, or consulting.
• Strong understanding of connected services and their value proposition.
• Proven ability to deliver engaging and effective training sessions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with dealership personnel.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficient in using CRM and other sales‑related software.
• Must love travel – 80% travel required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver targeted training sessions for dealership sales, finance, and service teams on connected services, security, and OTP offerings.
• Provide ongoing consulting, coaching, and operational support through regular visits.
• Track activation and OTP sales performance; create dealer‑specific action plans.
• Collaborate with Client field representatives to align training with regional goals.
• Share best practices and insights with other trainers to improve program effectiveness.
