• Must love travel — 80% travel required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, high‑impact coaching sessions focused on connected services sales, activation, and customer support.
• Partner with dealership leadership to establish and optimize connected services processes in stores.
• Train dealership personnel on Dealer Rewards Portal, OTP sales opportunities and free trial activations.
• Lead Monthly Performance Reviews with client Zone Teams, sharing best practices and opportunities.
