MSX International is seeking a Connected Services Field Coach to deliver targeted coaching and consulting to assigned dealerships, empowering staff with the knowledge, tools, and skills to sell, activate, and support connected services.

The role requires strong technology understanding, excellent communication, and proven coaching abilities, working closely with dealership staff, client field representatives, and the program team to achieve program objectives.

Responsibilities

Deliver coaching sessions to dealership personnel on all aspects of connected services, focusing on leadership teams and dealership processes.
Host Monthly Performance Reviews and present outcomes to the client’s Zone Team.
Monitor dealer performance and implement activation and upsell strategies for trials and subscriptions.
Coach dealership personnel on best practices for selling and supporting connected services.
Collaborate with client field representatives to align coaching with regional strategies.
Track KPIs for trials, activations, and subscription take rates and report progress.
