Job summary

MSX International is seeking a highly motivated Connected Services Field Trainer to deliver targeted training and consultative support to top‑performing Client dealerships. You will empower dealership personnel to sell, activate, and support connected services, including OTP offerings, through engaging sessions and hands‑on coaching.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, training capabilities, and a track record of driving adoption and sales results.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in automotive, training, or consulting, preferably with connected vehicle technology.
• Strong understanding of connected services and their value proposition.
• Proven ability to deliver engaging training sessions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build rapport with dealership personnel.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, effective training sessions for dealership sales, finance, and service teams on connected services, including OTP offerings and security/connectivity packages.
• Conduct regular in‑person and virtual dealership visits to provide ongoing consulting and operational support; analyze dealer performance data to identify gaps and drive activation and OTP sales.
• Coach dealership personnel on best practices for positioning, selling, and supporting connected services; align training with regional goals with Client field representatives.
• Track dealership progress against activation and OTP sales targets; develop dealer-specific action plans and provide updates to the program team.
• Stay current on connected vehicle technologies and the Client's evolving portfolio; contribute to updates and improvements of training content.
• Must love travel – 80% travel required.
