Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in automotive coaching or consulting
• Strong understanding of connected services and their value proposition
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Willing to travel 80%+

Responsibilities

• Deliver coaching sessions to dealership personnel on connected services
• Provide ongoing consulting and support at dealers through visits (in-person & virtual)
• Monitor dealer performance and implement strategies to increase activations and subscriptions
• Track KPIs and develop action plans to close performance gaps
• Maintain open communication with dealership staff and program team
• Share best practices and insights to improve the coaching program
• Stay updated on connected vehicle technology and client offerings
