Job summary

MSX International is seeking a Connected Services Field Coach to deliver coaching and consulting to assigned dealerships, empowering staff to sell, activate, and support connected services.

The role requires strong technology understanding, coaching skills, and a track record of driving results through in-person and virtual visits, with up to 80% travel. You will work with dealership staff, client field representatives, and the program team to hit objectives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in automotive, coaching or consulting, preferably with vehicle/dealer technology.
• Strong understanding of connected services and their value proposition.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Must love travel – 80% travel required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and effective coaching sessions to dealership personnel on connected services.
• Provide regular in-person and virtual visits to assigned dealerships for ongoing consulting and support.
• Monitor dealer performance and execute strategies to activate trial activations and upsell customers to subscription plans.
• Collaborate with client field representatives to align coaching with regional strategies.
• Track dealer KPIs for activations, purchases, and subscription take rates; report progress to the program team.
