Job summary

Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. is seeking a field assessment professional to perform on-site inspections of electrical, mechanical, fire & life safety, and structural systems across various building types.

The role requires extensive travel to client sites and the ability to document findings clearly in reports. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree (preferred) and 2+ years of property condition assessment experience, with strong writing and communication skills to translate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in property condition assessments preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
• Motor vehicle background check must be clean (no DUI/DWI, no serious violations).
• Excellent communication and writing skills to convey technical issues in reports.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regional on-site building assessments.
• Collect and document data using various resources (electronic, web-based, or manual).
• Identify deficiencies, hazards, or non-compliance and recommend remediation actions.
• Prepare proprietary reports with photos and supporting documentation.
• Communicate site visit results to key stakeholders.
• Follow all safety standards and travel policies.
