Job summary

Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. is seeking a Field Assessment Specialist to perform on-site evaluations of building systems and QA/QC inspections across commercial, residential, and industrial properties. The role requires extensive travel to client sites and strong documentation skills.

You will collect data, identify issues, and prepare detailed reports with photos, communicating findings to stakeholders. A Bachelor’s degree and excellent written communication are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in property condition assessments preferred.
• Experience in the MEP trades, home inspections or facilities maintenance preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
• Motor vehicle background check with clean record (no DUI/DWI or major violations).
• Excellent written and verbal communication of technical issues to clients.

Responsibilities

• Regional travel to perform on-site physical building assessments.
• Collect and document data using electronic or manual methods.
• Identify deficiencies and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare reports with photographs and supporting documentation.
• Communicate site visit results to stakeholders and adhere to safety standards.
• Follow travel policies and submit timely expense reports.
