Job summary

Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. is seeking a field assessments professional to perform QA/QC inspections across building systems, including Electrical, Mechanical, Fire & Life Safety, and Structural components. This role involves extensive travel to client sites across various property types.

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years in property condition assessments, and the ability to travel up to 75%. Excellent written communication and reporting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years in property condition assessments preferred.
• Experience in MEP trades, home inspections, or facilities maintenance preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
• Clean motor vehicle record with no major violations.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site regional building assessments.
• Collect and document data via electronic or manual methods.
• Identify deficiencies and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare reports with photos and supporting documents.
• Communicate results to stakeholders and adhere to safety standards.
