Job summary

Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. is seeking a candidate to perform field assessments and QA/QC inspections of building systems, ensuring life specifications are met across commercial, residential, and industrial properties.

The role requires extensive travel to client sites. .Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree (preferred) and 2+ years in property condition assessments, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in property condition assessments preferred.
• Experience in the MEP trades, home inspections, or facilities maintenance preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
• Motor vehicle background check with clean record.
• Excellent communication and writing skills for reporting to clients.

Responsibilities

• Regional travel to perform on-site physical building assessments.
• Collect and document data using electronic, web-based or manual methods.
• Identify deficiencies, hazards, or non-compliant issues and suggest corrective actions.
• Prepare proprietary reports with photographs and supporting documents.
• Communicate site visit results to key stakeholders.
• Follow all company safety standards and travel policy.
