Job summary

Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. is seeking a field assessment professional to conduct on-site building inspections across Electrical, Mechanical, Fire & Life Safety, and Structural systems. The role requires extensive travel to client project sites and meticulous documentation.

You will collect data, identify hazards, and produce proprietary reports with photos and supporting materials. Strong technical writing and communication are essential for client reports and coordination with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or preferred; strong written communication essential.
• Experience in property condition assessments or related fields is preferred.
• Able to travel up to 75% of the time; valid driver’s license and clean motor vehicle record.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for client reports and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site building assessments and data collection.
• Identify deficiencies and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare and present detailed reports with photos and findings.
• Communicate results to clients and stakeholders clearly.
