Job summary

Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. is seeking a field assessment professional to perform on-site building evaluations across multiple systems, including electrical, mechanical, fire and life safety, and structural components.

The role requires extensive travel to client project sites and the ability to document findings clearly for reports. Bachelor’s degree preferred with 2+ years in property condition assessments or related fields, and strong communication and writing skills.

• Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for internal and external communications; technical writing skills must be exceptional.

• Proven ability to successfully deliver a quality product on time.
• Ability to cultivate strong relationships within a team.

Responsibilities

• Regional travel to perform on-site physical building assessments.
• Collect and document data using various resources as directed by the program needs, such electronic, web-based or manual writing.
• Identify deficiencies, hazards, or non-compliant issues and recommend corrective/remediation actions.
• Prepare proprietary reports summarizing findings, including specific required and named photographs and any supporting collected documentation.
• Communicate site visit results and compliance issues to key stakeholders.
• Understand and follow and adhere to all company safety standards.
• Understand, follow and strictly adhere to the company travel policy including submitting timely and accurate expense reports.
