Job summary

Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. is seeking a field assessment professional to perform on-site evaluations of building systems including electrical, mechanical, fire & life safety, and structural components.

This role requires extensive travel to client project sites and involves collecting data, identifying deficiencies, and producing detailed reports. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of property condition assessment experience, with strong communication and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in property condition assessments preferred.
• Experience in the MEP trades, home inspections or facilities maintenance preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Regional travel to perform on-site physical building assessments.
• Collect and document data using electronic, web-based or manual methods.
• Identify deficiencies, hazards, or non-compliant issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare proprietary reports summarizing findings with photos and supporting documentation.
• Communicate site visit results and compliance issues to key stakeholders.
• Follow all company safety standards and travel policy.
