Job summary

Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. is seeking a field assessment professional to perform on-site evaluations of building systems across commercial, residential, and industrial properties.

The role requires extensive travel to client sites and the ability to document findings accurately in reports with supporting photographs. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in property condition assessments, with preferred experience in MEP trades or facilities maintenance and strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
• 2+ years in property condition assessments preferred.
• Experience in MEP trades, home inspections, or facilities maintenance preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
• Clean motor vehicle background check: no DUI/DWI, no serious violations.

Responsibilities

• Regional travel to perform on-site assessments.
• Collect and document data using electronic, web-based or manual methods.
• Identify deficiencies, hazards or non-compliant issues and recommend remediation actions.
• Prepare proprietary reports with photos and supporting documentation.
• Communicate site visit results to key stakeholders.
• Follow all safety standards and travel policy, including expense reports.
