Job summary

Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. is seeking a Field Assessor for Commercial & Industrial Properties with extensive travel required.

You will perform on-site building assessments, QA/QC inspection of electrical, mechanical, fire, life safety, or structural components, and prepare detailed reports for clients. The role requires 2+ years in property condition assessments, a Bachelor’s Degree, and the ability to travel up to 75%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in property condition assessments preferred.
• Experience in the MEP trades, home inspections or facilities maintenance preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
• Motor vehicle background check: no DUI/DWI, no criminal motor vehicle violations, no risky driving.
• Excellent communication and writing skills for reporting to clients.

Responsibilities

• Travel regionally to perform on-site building assessments.
• Collect and document data via electronic, web-based or manual methods.
• Identify deficiencies, hazards, or non-compliant issues and recommend remediation actions.
• Prepare proprietary reports with photographs and supporting documentation.
• Communicate site visit results and compliance issues to stakeholders.
• Follow company safety standards and travel policy.
