Job summary

Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. is seeking a candidate to perform field assessments and QA/QC inspections of building systems, including electrical, mechanical, and life safety, with extensive travel to client sites.

The role requires 2+ years of experience in property condition assessments, a bachelor’s degree, ability to travel up to 75%, and strong written communication to prepare reports for clients with varying technical understanding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university preferred.
• 2+ years of property condition assessments experience preferred.
• Experience in the MEP trades, home inspections or facilities maintenance preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
• A motor vehicle background check must show no serious traffic violations or criminal convictions.

Responsibilities

• Regional travel to perform on-site physical building assessments.
• Collect and document data using various resources as directed by program needs.
• Identify deficiencies, hazards, or non-compliant issues and recommend corrective/remediation actions.
• Prepare proprietary reports summarizing findings, including photographs and supporting documentation.
• Communicate site visit results and compliance issues to key stakeholders.
• Understand and follow all company safety standards and travel policy.
