Special Order Systems, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician I to travel to facilities and maintain, repair, and support tablets and related devices.

This on-site/roving role involves setup, training, and coordinating with dispatch to ensure devices operate securely and effectively within correctional facilities. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, plus experience with Windows OS and Microsoft Office, and the ability to work in challenging environments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience with Windows OS and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in difficult environments e.g. corrections.

Responsabilités

• Travel to facilities to maintain, repair and resolve issues on company products.
• Set up and maintain tablets for users.
• Repair phones, kiosks, video terminals, WAPs, tablets and other required equipment.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for tablets.
• Train incarcerated individuals on how to use the tablets effectively and responsibly.
• Manage inventory and assets across sites.
