Keefe Group, LLC seeks a Field Support Technician to travel to customer sites, diagnose and repair kiosks, PCs, networks, and vending systems within a correctional facilities region. You will collaborate with the Service Desk and regional staff to ensure timely incident resolution.

Requirements include an Associate degree or equivalent, aptitude in reading and writing, and strong network diagnostics. A company car is provided for travel within the territory.

Formación

• Must have T-1 and analog circuit repair knowledge.
• Excellent knowledge of multiple network disciplines and diagnostics.
• Travel throughout assigned territory.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose, test, repair and replace kiosks, PCs, vending machines, networking equipment at correctional facilities.
• Coordinate with Service Desk and regional staff on incidents and resolutions.
• Travel to customer locations within service area using company car.
• Update Work Order with travel time, notes and resolutions.
• Assist installation or repair of equipment shipped from corporate.
• Support preventative maintenance and training travel as needed.
