SurgiCor in Kentucky is seeking a Trauma Sales Associate to support the field team, gain hands-on exposure in fracture care, and manage trauma cases across the territory.

You will cover cases, build relationships with surgeons and staff, and travel up to 75% to support surgical cases. This role offers hands-on OR experience and a clear path toward becoming a trauma sales representative.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field required.
• 0–2 years of experience in medical device, healthcare sales, or related customer-facing role preferred.
• Prior exposure to orthopedic or surgical environments a plus.
• Ability to travel within assigned territory up to 75%, including early mornings or extended hours to support surgical cases.

Mansioni

• Support the Sales Manager and field representatives with daily activities, including case coverage, customer outreach, and implant and instrument logistics.
• In-OR support for trauma cases, including fracture fixation procedures using plates, screws, intramedullary nails, and external fixation systems.
• Participate in an on-call rotation covering urgent and after-hours cases, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Build strong relationships with orthopedic trauma surgeons, residents, OR staff, sterile processing teams, and supply chain partners.
• Track case activity, pipeline progress, and key metrics using CRM and internal reporting tools.
