Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Trauma Sales Representative to develop and execute territory plans to grow revenue and market share for trauma products. This field-based role supports procedures nationwide, providing clinical and technical support during trauma and orthopedic cases, including urgent after-hours events.

You will build relationships with surgeons, OR staff, and healthcare decision-makers, manage multiple priorities, conduct product demonstrations, and ensure inventory readiness to support

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree OR 4+ years in sales, clinical healthcare, or a combination of both.
• Ability to participate in an on-call schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to support trauma cases as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory sales plan to achieve revenue, case coverage, and market share objectives for Stryker Trauma products.
• Provide responsive clinical and technical support during trauma and orthopedic procedures, including urgent cases that occur during nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Build and maintain relationships with orthopedic surgeons, operating room staff, emergency department personnel, and healthcare decision-makers within assigned accounts.
• Manage multiple competing priorities across scheduled cases, emergency procedures, inventory requirements, and customer requests in a fast-paced environment.
• Conduct product evaluations, demonstrations, and educational programs to support customer adoption and appropriate product utilization.
• Maintain inventory, instrument sets, and consignment assets to ensure product availability and operational readiness for case support.
• Analyze account activity, competitive trends, and territory performance data to identify growth opportunities and support business objectives.
• Document sales activities, customer interactions, inventory transactions, and compliance requirements in accordance with company policies and industry regulations.
