Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a Trauma Sales Representative in the field to drive sales of trauma products to surgeons and healthcare teams. You will be the resident trauma expert, delivering solutions with urgency in operating room settings and emergencies.

You will manage relationships, demonstrate products, and stay compliant with AdvaMed principles while supporting customers across a defined territory. This role is 100% commission with bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 4+ years experience in a clinical healthcare or sales (or a combination).
• 1-3 years of sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of showing, promoting, and selling products, plus marketing strategies and demonstrations.
• Excellent organizational skills and knowledge of MS Office and databases.
• Experience building and maintaining relationships with surgeons and hospitals.
• Comfortable in emergency/operating room environments.
• Willing to attend sales meetings outside regular hours as required.
• Adheres to compliance and AdvaMed principles and to laws and company policy.

Responsibilities

• Sell Stryker Trauma products to surgeons and healthcare professionals.
• Become the resident trauma expert for a sophisticated audience.
• Work with high intensity to meet customer needs and improve patient care.
• Organize materials and quickly sort solutions during operating room consultations.
• Meticulously manage inventory and assist customers as needed.
• Leverage knowledge of competitors to build credibility with surgeons.
• Provide advice and training on products and tools used to save lives.
